For over 35 years, our family has designed and built across Kumbakonam. Rafi's Promoters brings that architecture and engineering experience to the homes we develop.

Rafi's Promoters Private Limited is a residential developer in Kumbakonam, founded by an architect and civil engineer, and built on more than 35 years of architecture and construction practice in the town.

Because we work across both architecture and construction, we approach every development from two sides: designing homes that work beautifully, and building them with care and efficiency. With an in-house architecture team, every part of the plan is considered for space, function and everyday comfort. Our dedicated construction team then delivers it to the promised standard and schedule.

About the project

A contemporary home in a village of heritage

In the quiet village of Thiruvisanallur, centuries of heritage and spiritual tradition continue to shape everyday life. It is home to the legacy of Sri Sridhara Ayyaval, the historic Ayyaval Mutt and the annual Ayyaval Utsavam. Sri Periyava Castle is conceived as a dedication to Sri Chandrasekhendra Saraswati Mahaswamigal, revered as Periyava.

Designed with contemporary architecture, spacious planning and everyday convenience in mind, the project brings 24 residences across stilt and three floors, a short distance from Kumbakonam.

Strategically connected

Just 5 km from Kumbakonam, the project has direct frontage on State Highway 22, right opposite the Maachan Kulam bus stop. The site is surrounded by agricultural fields along the banks of the Cauvery, and is close to the Navagraha temples.
